One hole I see immediately, 6 slotting tough with Ti coating is wasteful, if you want to 6 slot it 4 slot it res, res/end, res/end/rech, end from Ti coating and then slot the steadfast prot res/+3% def special and the steadfast res/end.
This basically costs you 2.5% melee def, but gains you 3% def to all and 1.5% recovery.
There are other things I wouldn't have done, but that was the glaring hole.

My latest stupidity is this, I decided to design a mace/SR brute. To see this in mids you need to upload the unofficial updates and hack the database editor to change the levels the powers become available (The version I downloaded hasn't been amended from levels secondary powers appear, not sure if has been updated yet). Seems to have 49% melee defence as the lowest of the 3, which with I suspect 95% def debuff resists will mean that unless you can get 80% debuffs I don't notice.

It's recommended that you install it as a separate copy of mids, and delete it when the real thing gets updated after porting builds across with import/export.

What do people make of this ? It's an attempt to create a cheapass build for farming the CoT demon map. For that purpose it needs no travel power and strictly no KB prot but I've put the -KB IOs in for levelling up.
The intent is to use no rare magic salvage at all, and not spend a fortune on IOs outside of the 3 -KB IOs and the steadfast unique, but to have capped (75%) fire resists, decent (50 ish) lethal resists for the swords and deal out AoE damage as fast as possible. TT is there to make burn work, torrent is there to possibly knock things into corners, but mainly because it may be more use than pet gaze.

If I was doing one of these, I'd actually go for just one combo in the main, and lose a couple of other attacks, but this ought to be ludicrously survivable, and fairly deadly.
You could equally leave the medicine pool out, and take two of hasten, conserve power and focussed accuracy.
The stealth really does gimp you, as really you want 5 other pools.
