OK. Planning on another SG drink before we lose Summer, not that it counts for much nowdays

, and need to thrash out a mutually agreeable date.
Could everyone post dates that they have free or range of dates if you need a bit of forewarning as quickly as possible please. The more warning we can get for some people after the date's decided the better.

Edit - after a few posts the first two weeks of August are looking to be a good bet. Please submit which weekend.
If you absolutely can not do one of these dates, please post below

I'm off on holiday the week 18-22 July

so weekends before and after are a bit of a no go for me, but apart from that I should be fine anywhen...

Ewwww. Summer is always a busy time for me. But the definate no goes are

15-17 July
13-27 August (Annual camp in Wretham, anyone know the area? Need to reece some Staff Bars)
17th sept - 09 October (Going to Austrailia yay! and being paid for it

)

There are lots of other W/E taken up but they are in the area around the plough so shouldn't interfere too much.

Can't do the week of 15th July to the 22/23rd July as my parents are coming up, but anytime in August would be good as it will be easier to get mum in law to look after the little one as its summer hols at school then $:-\$
But apart from that we could fit in with most dates if we have enough warning for Jon to book time of work, I think anway, I know summers gonna be busy for him so the sooner we work out a date the better really and we can get arrangements made

K - I'm going now going to restrict dates to the first 2 weeks of August as that seems to becoming a popular consensus.

I'm away, as is Jimmy, August 1st - August 3rd, but I'm guessing that isn't going to affect anything.

I certainly don't have anything planned on those two dates, whether or not I can get to you guys is another matter. I think Lyon said something about being able to pick me up, so long as he's not too drunk to drop me back that sounds good

Also remember I'm 18 and I dont look that old so dont plan to go into any over 21 places or anything if I'm coming

No worries - we're going to a proper pub, bring some ID along just in case, but they're normally pretty cool about it

Looking less and less likely that I will be able to make it down to the pub

. My only free Sat around the beginning of Aug will be the 30th July. I have now been invited to a VE/VJ day ball at the brtish legion. HEHE cheap drink and wearing 1940's uniform. May have to come and visit you for an hour or so though if it is on the 6th Aug 2005

As I wont be there Awe it is your job to be very young all the time and make everyone feel old. I would have wanted it that way...

Hopefully I will get to meet the rest of you at some point.

Yeah i can do the same dates as Awe basically, i can give Awe a ride up and back but i wont be able to drink. If we do decide on a date though i need lots of time to be able to book time off work. Also you will need to give me a map, address of where ever i am going and a good place to park. I am new to driving and barely know my way around. The begining of August sounds good to me for the meet, though any further back into August and i cant make it due to Uni stuff (last week of August basically). So yeah, let me know what is going on once it is sorted and ill try and plan it into my bust working schedule

Ok, whilst we don't have a consensus I'm going to call it for the 6th August.
Awe and Jimmy - if you want we have plenty of space if you'd rather crash. Let's Jimmy have a few ~~beers~~ vodkas and means he won't have to face a midnight drive back. Also Swifty should be finished with his function at about 11pm so there's a good chance he'll be popping over

Just to let you guys know, Jimmy lives 30 mins walk away from me, so either I could get a lift up with him or I get him to pop over and Myd could drive us both up (if he has room).

We will be there (depending on if we can get mum in law to have the little one) but it shouldnt be a problem.
Solar will probably be coming with us also
