Possibility for weekly fun, FH style

My own view is that given that we can use supergroup mode to generate this, the original costume should be a 'dress in the dark' epic which we can view in the privacy of our base, laugh, and switch into SG mode to go out in public.

Maybe we should put a request in Jay's costume thread asking for "odd socks" as an option, or as several options, "because sometimes Heroes dress in the dark too"

Have created Jararaca Pintada, lvl 2 science warshade who is now in AP having got his isolator badge.

Swifty created seismic shift and we are both in the SG.

As a suggestion, not everybody will have done the PB/WS content, so do we want to do that as we go up ?

Personally I am up for the sewers to start. Get to 10 and then use mino's Taxibot warshade to make the hollows fly by. But I am up for the arc if others want to.

Swifty is so close to 50 now I wouldn't mind having the PB arcs a bit of a surprise.

As a member of this elf group I now am free to participate. I only have COH BTW.

In terms of costume suggestions my vote would be that we go the the classic 1950's hero archetype - cliche and bold colours. Things like the old Green Lantern, Superman or Flash.

The only question I would ask is should we all be child size so that we look like a bunch of children? 

I really like the idea of classic "stars and stripes" costumes though, most people design their characters on COH like X-men but we could really go for the old style Avengers type super team

We're starting from lvl 1 right?

Whilst Minotaur is right, we've got a full group, how about doing a reservist character?

Jimmy and Awe are still a little unsure of connection status when they get back to Uni at the moment, people won't be able to play for whatever reason one week...

Colours are simple at the moment, SG colours on your legs. This may change when costume slots open up though.

You can create the costume with any colours you like, SG colours are grey/dark red, and if you play in SG mode, you can override the normal colours of the costume with the SG ones (in a customizable fashion from within the SG tab). The idea was that the costume would be based on tights. If you have a look at the roster thread, you'll see what people have done so far.

That's a not unreasonable bet . But due to the design of the group (Defenders and Controllers) you generally need at least 6 for it to work well properly as the group relies on being able to buff and debuff a hell of a lot for maximum effectiveness. Groups of 4 and 5 will work but they don't convey the sheer awesomeness that you get from a full 8 man team going up against a dozen +4s while barely breaking a sweat 

If you're up for playing though just pop on most nights, there's normally someone around

I was informed last night that the intention was to start about 12 on Saturday at which time I'll most likely be down the pub. Is it worth me preemptively bagging a few levels ? I expect to be back about 3 but may be off again about 7 for a curry, not sure yet.
