Ok we got a lot of people who are happy to group with us but have left guild, made their own etc. And although GeM allows us to co-ordinate parties/raids, it means we only really get to chat during this time, which seems a shame.
I figure the best thing to do is to create a channel to cover all KoM members old and new so we can still keep in contact and put groups together with very little notice. So if you would all like to join KoMWW when you get the chance, and we'll see if it works
