Hi everyone and I do hope I'm not over stepping my mark here. But it feels strange that I see a lot of you online and yet I dont hear you, so I am letting you all know should you choose to use it or not is entirely up to your goodselves ,but I have a Ventrilo server available.

The Ip is ventrilo.east.trinitygames.com Port is 3865 and the Password is PLANES (Caps lock).

I'm in there everyday so please feel free to pop in if you want. There is a dedicated WOW channel. ;D

Edit - sorry, that typo was driving me up the wall

I'm guessing you are referring to KOM rather than Most Wanted on Spinebreaker as both use chatting in very different ways.

About a year ago the KOM guild decided that in guild chat (the text stuff) there was to be no small talk. It was rule that appeared on this site somewhere.
I (and a few others) completely ignored this "rule"  and to this day talk crap in guild channels quite often. Thankfully we still chat a little bit here and there.
That said there has been a bit of a culture since then of not talking that much across the guild.
I would support anything that encourages more socialising and you are right that we should talk more.

On Spinebreaker Team Speak is constantly on with all players continually updating what they are up to and shooting the breeze. There are two reasons for this firstly, of course, we need to coordinate large groups on battlefields and this is best done in a fun way.
Secondly MW from the start took the position of being a very social and helpful guild which is why we have a bunch of rules (sharing of all money, level caps so everyone is the same level etc) that encourage general freindlyness.

If you value the social aspects highly you are welcome to join MW. The cap is at 29 so becoming a key player is pretty easy. I'd also be interested in talking over ventrilo as I've heard teh sound quality is far better so perhaps we could do that sometime.

What the hell are you on about.

We always talk crap in the guild just preferably not when we are trying to concentrate or give instructions.

otherwise we are all on Teamspeak most of the time. This server is hosted by Henrik . aka Asepia/eppo and a whole host of other alts.

Details arte on the forum somwhere just cant remember where.

This is the nearest I could find;
2. No spamming the guild channel, interesting as your night was last night there are some of us who don't want to hear about it, keep it simple and try and keep it to point Cheesy
When eyeing a large and dangerous mob...
...A Tanker says, "Stay here while I distract them with my rock hard (granite) body."
...A Brute says, "Stay here while I let them kill me so I can kill them faster!"
...A Scrapper says, "Stay here while I.....ya know what, screw it---CHARGE!11!!1!!11!!1!!

you mean "hell"

I thought i was being polite????

Yeah im back from NYC and extra cranky, i now see why they all want guns.

ok. The rule that Naam posted was introduced because people were always nattering about something or other while we were organising a raid or something, so we just asked for some courtesy. Other than that talk all you want.

TS Server is : Hmm sorry spent the morning looking for it on the forums and it turns out it wasnt here :( i will post it to you in game as i dont have the details on my laptop. Most other KoM'ers have the details anyway.

Please See
http://forum.forlorn-hope.org/index.php?topic=341.0
for details on our very "general" rules

this was from when you used to raid fairly regularily and people were fighting about who gets to go in a raid etc.

now im going back to sleep. Oh wait im still at work doh.... ah well im sure nobody will notice.
