Burning Crusade
« on: 18 October 2006, 08:18:22 am »
I suddenly had a thought this morning, while reading through the Burning Crusade email i have received regarding the collectors edition, about what happens to our epic gear???

for example,

I spend the next few weeks working my ass off to get all my lightforge armour and then maybe upgrade to soulforge.

My Burning crusade comes from the door and now i have to go find some more high end equipment and armor sets.

Should i not bother getting lightforge and wait for any news about new class armour sets OR Still go for lightforge/soulforge considering the armour should still be good untill at least lvl 65

personally i think you shouldn't bother upgradeing it.

it's very unlikley you will get to lvl 65 with out having picked up at least 30 armour drops. No saying they will be better then souldforge but they might be.

You could always collect the stuff to upgrade then wait for the new armour sets to appear.
If Mr T plays it - then it must be cool

Looking at the way Blizzard expanded Diablo - they did a pretty good job at making sure good stuff stayed good. My guess is keep plugging away. I think Blizzard will come up with something.

the problem is the price or the new mounts. There's a rumour circulating that mount training will cost

4500g

for an epic flying mount?

I Really hope pallys wont have to pay for it ( or at least not that much, since the epic mount quest has only cost me 400g so far)
