Just got my full version of CoV and found that it looks quite easy to mess up. When you go to your Account management page the circled item on the left says
pre-order, what you have to do is hit the button to the right that says
upgrade. If you didn't manage to get in on the Pre-Order you'll still need to use the upgrade option.
Clicking ADD GAME will get you into CoV but you'll have to pay extra subscription fees rather than the combined flat rate.
