The multiple versions are very cool. Means I can have a build for exemping on a permagranite tank that will function pre 32, and a kat/SR without divine avalanche that will function below soft cap defence levels.

The levelling pact is not useful as a PL tool, I haven't seen anything you can do with it that's new. It is however quite cool for duos. Do you share debt too ?
