I would like to present this award to Naaman for managing to hijack a thread with the first reply. This truly is a great achivement.

On the subject of TBC, haven't actually got the expansion yet. Amy is only lvl35 so no really needing it ATM, but from listening to the guild chat it seems to be good and I can't wait to have a go.

ok lets stay off topic then I have some big nasty virus well in fact it's not nasty more annoying than anything else but it makes it almost impossible to do anything without wanting to throw the computer out the window
Basically my "my computer" will decide to open on it's own at unopertune momments and monimise anything I may be doing at the time sometimes if i'm lucky once every tem minutes, sometimes every 6 seconds or so.
I friend recommended I follow all these steps http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407) and I have but still no luck
I've found that by opening and closing WoW sometimes it's lessens but it hampers my playing somewhat. Bitch over back to trying to game :D

what antivirus software have you got?

its normally worth downloading Stinger from mcafees website.

Try running this in safe mode - ( restart the computer keep hitting F8 and select Safe mode )

Its probably worth downloading Lavasoft Ad aware personal - that should remove the other little nasties floating around your machine.

Give that a whirl and see how you get on.
