But we can assume nothing on Shadowsong...

That's OK a while back we spoke about setting one up. What I'll do is I'll set up "Nights of Mercia" on Shadowsong and put the following Characters on it...

Tonnik Undead Ftr (currently lvl 15)
Ouija Undead Warlock (lvl 1!)
Slayve Undead Rogue (Lvl 10)
Bakardi Orc Shaman (Lvl 11)
Kaetris Troll Hunter (Lvl 21)

I am going to collar Dubbel Cow, sorry Tauren Shaman and Bopeep Orc Shaman

So that's a grand total of 3 players!!

Can I ask the favour that people whip up a nominal Horde character even if they don't plan to play it so I can get 10 players to sign the charter.

I'll make some announcements in due course. Unfortanetly there nobody around at the moment in a position to cough up the requisite money..

It looks like it will be a small guild based around newbies and low lvl alts which to my mind makes a great alternative to more hardcore Knights version on alliance.

Let me know if you are interested.

Mark

whatever happened to the Dread Knights of Mercia, and the guy with the untype-able (let alone pronouncable) name?

BTW "Dubbell" has 2 'L's, and I think my Undead Mage "Gynn" would go very well with Tonnik (OK I know she was a Rogue before, but women are fickle, you know).

Count me in on Shadowsong I have 5 characters I'd like to register. If you have a charter thats one step ahead of us.

Can I design the tabbard - I've always wanted to do that? Although I have to confess, all that I was planning to do was create an identical one to the our alliance guild only replace the blue for purple?

Just to let you know Tonnik registered the Guild "Nights of Mercia" a while ago. It's on Shadowsong.

I have 6 signatures on the charter and will be asking others to participate on an ad-hoc basis.

We havn't really rushed it - we are low level (mid twenties) and relatively short of resourses.

Our tabbard will be identical to the KOM guild only purple (assuming that colour is allowable).

If anybody would like to show willing and join up just send a note to Tonnik and/or leave a note here as to when you would like to hook up and I'll fix that up.

We will operate on the same principles as bigger brother KOM with the one exception that we are likely, in the first instance, to be more lower level orientated. Of those who are in the guild so far all of us are playing alts. So the emphasis is much more liklely to be around swapping items, getting bags etc.

So if you are interested in a bit of lower level fun - let me know.
