It seems at the moment this one is bugged, the brief only tells you to "Destroy assets", 3 crates, it's actually 3 Crates and 3 Bombs to place.
Given that the bombs are the horrible little Red ones and nearly impossible to see here's a few things from the official boards that should help ;)
I finally beat this Mother-Of-All-Missions. Here are some locations with coordinates. They are relatively random I think, I didn't find the bombs in some of the places people had described. /loc will give you your current coordinates. I bound it to the "L" key so I could get them quickly while I was running around. (/bind l "loc") is the command for that, without the ().
Yesterday I found only one bomb.
1853.8 64.0 -21.9
It was amidst barrels basically in the middle of the long N/S rectangle formed by the jutting out parts in the NW and SW of the map. So on the left side, about in the middle.

Today I knocked out three. Much to my dismay, the one I found yesterday wasn't there when I looked again today.
Bomb 1: 1997.2 64.0 -134.4
On the west side of map about 2/3 the way up. Its near some large crates/cargo containers beneath the northernmost of three connected round "towers".

Bomb 2: 1696.1 64.0 500.2
Near the bottom of a curved double pipe coming out of the perimeter catwalk in the corner of the "middle stair" on the east side of the SW corner of the map.
For some reason I didn't take a picture of this one, but its easy to see.
Bomb 3: 1543.2 144.0 107.7
This was the only one not on the ground.
A little bit south of the middle of the entire map, on the second "level" of the main building behind a lone vertical pipe.

Did a mission in Bloody Bay involving placing bombs - horrible - they're small, they're red, they're hard to see, you can run right past them without knowing, ooh ooh they don't have a "glowie" sound effect...
