now THAT would be usefull.
if not, then maybe we can just run a bank thread here.
I've been sending odds and sods from my players but thinking about it I guess the guidance might be:
Default Usefull stuff
1 All types of cloth & leather
2 All types of metals
3 Bags
4 Herbs/disenchants/Engineering bits
5 Spare Potions
6 Spare Gems & pearls (eg aquamarine, jade etc) - espec. those used for skills
7 Misc - heart of fire, Rods etc
8 Known mission specific stuff - cloaks, crater crystals etc.
9 Known really usefull stuff - fadeleaf, armour kits, plans
For items I would say
Either send really good stuff or really specific stuff (like + to healing or shadow damage)
Average stuff - expect Byrak to Auction or have disenchanted - except anything up to lvl 25 which we can use to bolster low lvl characters
Poorer stuff - don't send
- why not give some guidance (not enforced) on money to send at various lvls maybe at 45th 55th and 60th
To make it work we should encourage the practice of putting our skills against our characters eg herbs/alchemy etc.
We should also mention alts (players should be rewarded as well as characters)
It's a given that a 27th lvl engineer is not going to turn down silver or Iron so Byrak can just "Xmas present" characters without having to ask.
Those that send in, receive - swap shop! If you don't need it send it back.
I like the idea also of disenchanting tonnes and specifically helping enchanters with bits to disenchant (plus money). That way we can all benefit.
5G (or whatever) to all characters who agree to be guild enchanters.
In time we can have specific people who open lock boxes and all sorts.
In the banking thread we could specify things we need.
I genuinly think that a massively cooperative (and nice) guild will hold it's players and this is a great way of making our Guild very different from the others.
I really should do some work now!
