Hi guys,

Just your benevolent webmaster here (oi! no snickering at the back Swifty!!)

There's a major upgrade available to the forum software available, which I'll be taking a look at shortly, and all being well this forum will be upgraded... There will be a few cosmetic differences based on the pre-release versions I've seen, but shouldn't be too scary...

This may happen over the coming weekend, or it may not.... If it doesn't, it'll likely be in about three weeks time....

Hey All....

Took a little longer than I hoped (bah to database errors!!) but the forum has been upgraded.

IMPORTANT: If you see any errors mentioning anything about "Swedish" I want to know about it!!!

Anyway with this upgrade, the "theme" I've chosed as default (Helios) now includes a "colour selector" at the top right. Nice feature...

I've also installed two other themes by the same designer - Cerberus is another "dark" theme, somewhat similar to Helios, and another called "Apollo" which is a "light" theme, again certain similarities.... I like dark themes.... You may switch if you want by choosing "Look and Layout Preferences" from your profile page.

Carry on men.... and men-ettes!!

Oh, and by the way... I've also taken the opportunity to upload a couple of avatar packs, and if you're really good I'll up the avatar max size from 65x65 to 120x120...

The WoW players in particular might find something they like... ::)

Not only but also, I've installed a user profile forum mod that allows people to put a "main" and four "alts" into their profile.
